Azi Raza and the Yezidic Influences on Thelema

"There are very few and oblique references Aleister Crowley made to the Yezidis, and yet Crowley stated that Thelema is intimately connected to their ancient Religion."
- Azi Rasa, Thelema and the Yezidi.

This weekend, I'm super glad that Harper Feist managed to bring Azi Rasa to Leaping Laughter Lodge to speak on the topic of The Yezidic Influences on Thelema.

Azi Rasa and I have been friends for about three or four years now, and I've always appreciated his perspective on things. Regardless of whether we agreed on various topics, we've always been able to find common ground so we could discuss the sometimes-emotional and always-passionate pursuit of the accomplishment of our Will as brothers. His appreciation of love, his capacity for compassion, and his experiences with the Thelemic current across the years of his personal Work have brought him insight into the traditions of the Yezidic traditions.

This evening at 7:00 P.M at Leaping Laughter Lodge, he will be presenting the results of his studies and experiences.

Please join us at 3107 California St NE, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55418.
